Overview
MRI Software are looking for a customer‑focused individual who has 2‑3 years in a customer facing role, with written knowledge and experience of Oracle PL/SQL. You will be able to develop, diagnose and resolve issues related to PL/SQL code and SQL queries with a good understanding of core functions. The opportunity is within our Support Services team based in the London office, as a Software Support Analyst assisting clients with their day‑to‑day use of the Horizon/ProLease Enterprise software.
Responsibilities
Software Support Analysts are responsible for resolving client software queries and will need to analyse software issues to recommend solutions. The team assists our clients by engaging with them via telephone and our online system. The successful candidate will need to listen and empathise with our clients and use your troubleshooting skills, positive attitude and knowledge of the software to meet their needs.
As a Software Support Analyst with the MRI Software Client Support team, you will have the opportunity to analyse complex software issues, engage with our impressive client base, and provide an incredible customer experience every day. You will be a point of contact for a broad variety of clients from financial and property management institutions, assisting with a wide range of questions and technical issues.
You will be required to attend client events within the UK from time to time, for example in London 2‑4 times a year, as well as an occasional visit to a client’s office to assist users with specific areas of functionality of their system.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer facing role (2-3 years)
- Written knowledge and experience of Oracle PL/SQL
- Good interpersonal skills. Patience is essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
