Key Responsibilities
Social Housing expertise:
- Dive deep into social housing practices, regulations, and challenges.
- Provide expert advice to clients on how our software solutions can elevate their social housing initiatives.
Solution Design And Customisation
- Collaborate closely with social housing clients to design software solutions that empower their workflows.
- Customise and configure our social housing software to meet the unique demands of each client.
Implementation And Integration
- Lead the charge in implementing and integrating social housing software, ensuring seamless adoption within client organisations.
- Provide hands-on advice and guidance during the software implementation phase.
Training And Documentation For Social Housing Professionals
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to social housing professionals.
- Create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation specific to social housing, including guides and best practices.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of social housing processes, regulations, and industry best practices, including housing options, homelessness, temporary accommodation, and allocations policies expertise.
- Proven experience as a consultant in the social housing software domain, or solid user experience as a practitioner.
- Strong functional and technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way.
- Organised, methodical, and with a sound commercial approach.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
