Key Responsibilities
Social Housing expertise:

  • Dive deep into social housing practices, regulations, and challenges.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on how our software solutions can elevate their social housing initiatives.

Solution Design And Customisation

  • Collaborate closely with social housing clients to design software solutions that empower their workflows.
  • Customise and configure our social housing software to meet the unique demands of each client.

Implementation And Integration

  • Lead the charge in implementing and integrating social housing software, ensuring seamless adoption within client organisations.
  • Provide hands-on advice and guidance during the software implementation phase.

Training And Documentation For Social Housing Professionals

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to social housing professionals.
  • Create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation specific to social housing, including guides and best practices.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of social housing processes, regulations, and industry best practices, including housing options, homelessness, temporary accommodation, and allocations policies expertise.
  • Proven experience as a consultant in the social housing software domain, or solid user experience as a practitioner.
  • Strong functional and technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way.
  • Organised, methodical, and with a sound commercial approach.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
