Key responsibilities:
- Delivery of all pre-defined and ad-hoc training on all MRI’s FM products.
- Ensure client contact during the lifecycle of training.
- Monitor, evaluate and review the quality and effectiveness of all course material.
- Staying current of the core product range and the installation and maintenance of FM environments for training.
- Keep aligned with the latest industry news, such as new contracts and changes in the FM environment.
- Provide advice, support and guidance to customers across the core product range to encourage best practice.
- Escalate risks, issues and complaints to relevant parties within the business.
- Manage workload to the agreed timeframe and aligning with the project manager.
- Share knowledge with colleagues and provide guidance.
- Commit to working towards and achieving all MRI’s/teams/personal objectives and goals.
- Follow all MRI working practices and make suggestions for improvement when needed.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of facilities management processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience as a training consultant in the FM software domain, or solid experience as a software trainer.
- Strong functional acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to undertake further learning to fulfill the requirements of the role.
- Passion for Continuous Professional Development.
- Willing to work additional hours to meet the demands of the role.
- Required to travel on company business on an ad-hoc basis in the UK and Global.
