Overview:

Seeking an experienced marketing operations lead to build and scale a centralized EMEA marketing operations function. This role will support growth goals through analytics, reporting, and streamlining operations, working with executive management, marketing, finance, and revenue teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with marketing, finance, and sales to monitor marketing performance
  2. Develop and maintain a segmented, analyzable database
  3. Track and optimize campaign performance and conversion metrics
  4. Manage lead handoff workflows and outreach activities
  5. Assist with data quality and list management
  6. Provide regular reports on demand generation, ROI, customer acquisition, and growth
  7. Review funnel and pipeline metrics weekly for accuracy
  8. Standardize sales and marketing processes for efficiency
  9. Support ad hoc data and pipeline requests

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years in B2B marketing or sales operations; real estate or software marketing experience a plus
  2. Experience with data analytics, management, marketing automation (Pardot a plus), CRM (Salesforce), and Account-Based Marketing (6sense a plus)
  3. Strong technical and analytical skills
  4. Focus on key metrics like pipeline impact
  5. Experience building dashboards from multiple data sources
  6. Process improvement skills
  7. Cross-functional collaboration experience
  8. Proactive problem-solving skills
  9. Effective time management in a fast-paced environment
  10. BA/BS in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
