Overview:
Seeking an experienced marketing operations lead to build and scale a centralized EMEA marketing operations function. This role will support growth goals through analytics, reporting, and streamlining operations, working with executive management, marketing, finance, and revenue teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing, finance, and sales to monitor marketing performance
- Develop and maintain a segmented, analyzable database
- Track and optimize campaign performance and conversion metrics
- Manage lead handoff workflows and outreach activities
- Assist with data quality and list management
- Provide regular reports on demand generation, ROI, customer acquisition, and growth
- Review funnel and pipeline metrics weekly for accuracy
- Standardize sales and marketing processes for efficiency
- Support ad hoc data and pipeline requests
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B marketing or sales operations; real estate or software marketing experience a plus
- Experience with data analytics, management, marketing automation (Pardot a plus), CRM (Salesforce), and Account-Based Marketing (6sense a plus)
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Focus on key metrics like pipeline impact
- Experience building dashboards from multiple data sources
