The mission for the Solutions Architect is to persuade prospects and clients that MRI solutions will meet their business requirements. The Solutions Architect team at MRI are product experts who serve as an extension of sales & customer success, supporting AEs/AMs as a strategic resource in deal cycles to help secure and grow ARR. We build trust and confidence with customers by mapping use cases, business objectives and workflows back to the solutions we offer and help inspire and drive innovative approaches to solving sales enablement challenges. We also collaborate and work closely with other teams (Product Management / Product Marketing / Engineering) across the organization in support of successful customer implementations, product decisions and innovation, and the achievement of company growth goals. This position plays an integral role in driving software license and long-term application support revenue for MRI Software. We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the London office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a technical resource for the MRI sales team from qualification to successful close of the sale.
- Be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to assigned deals, prospective clients, and existing customers.
- Deliver customer-centric value-based presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Learn the MRI solution set – specifically the Prolease solution to start, and any MRI solutions that integrate with Prolease Enterprise solution.
- Develop the capability to demonstrate the value of MRI solutions to prospects and clients at a high level within 45 business days.
- Add value to the team through optimization or improvement of our team discussions or content in your area of expertise.
- Develop, design, validate, and assist in positioning MRI software capabilities to include advanced product concepts and 3rd party complimentary interfaces.
- Liase with internal and 3rd party service providers on scope, price, availability and technical aspects of delivering a project.
- Strong technical ability and willingness to develop technical skills for data modelling and solutioning workable solutions.
- Facilitate and drive the learning and mobilisation of colleagues to be capable of understanding and representing the MCI solutions.
- Able to deliver proof of concept that can be used to establish viability, address technical issues, demonstrate alignment with discovered client needs, and advance the sales process.
- Evoke prospect and client confidence while positioning MRI offerings and architecture in the best possible light.
- Present both the functional capabilities and business value of MRI software applications including demonstrating deep familiarity with MRI direction, product roadmap and industry presence.
- Respond effectively to RFPs.
- Contribute directly to attaining or exceeding quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong presentation, written and verbal skills. Ability to demonstrate MRI solutions in their best light to clients and prospects.
- Fluent in both French and English. Working proficiency of German is a bonus.
- Ability to “think on your feet” responding to client / prospect requests and questions during demonstrations.
- Clear and articulate presentation of value proposition and benefits of the solution to the client / prospect at multiple levels within the organisation (end-user, project sponsor, and C-suite executives).
- Assist with multiple opportunities at any given time and demonstrate flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate MRI solutions in line with client / prospect business processes to show why our solutions are the best fit for the organisation.
- A degree or comparable professional experience in Property Management, Leasing, or Accounting is preferable.
- 3+ years’ experience in software (AI or PropTech preferred).
- Ability to travel as required, up to 60%, with some travel potentially being international and occasionally on short notice.
- A strong interest in AI and its applications.
