We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead international expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for the company’s flagship property management platform, supporting the complex operational needs of leading property management organizations. This platform sits at the center of day-to-day property operations for commercial and residential real estate customers. It supports critical workflows across property administration, lease and tenant management, service delivery, portfolio operations, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Its strong accounting and finance capabilities are a major differentiator, enabling customers to manage the financial complexity of real estate operations, including billing, recoveries, financial reporting, controls, auditability, and investment-related processes.

The Director will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy required to expand this platform across EMEA markets. The role requires balancing global platform consistency with country-specific requirements, including local property management practices, regulatory obligations, financial workflows, reporting expectations, and market-specific operating models. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires direct engagement with executive leadership, strategic customers, regional market stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will combine product leadership, international market strategy, fluency in property management operations and finance, customer discovery, and executive communication to accelerate EMEA growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the international product strategy for EMEA markets, including country prioritization, market-entry planning, roadmap sequencing, and investment recommendations.
  • Own the EMEA product roadmap for the flagship property management platform, with particular attention to accounting, finance, regulatory, reporting, tax, payments, controls, and market-specific operational workflows.
  • Translate customer, market, financial, regulatory, and competitive insights into clear product priorities, business cases, and measurable outcomes.
  • Engage directly with external stakeholders including commercial property management companies, residential property management organizations, commercial tenants, investment managers, government agencies, regulators, industry associations, and strategic partners.
  • Lead customer advisory forums, executive customer conversations, market discovery sessions, and product validation activities across EMEA.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure market readiness and successful execution.
  • Develop executive-level updates on strategy, progress, trade-offs, risks, investment needs, customer commitments, and commercial impact.
  • Drive alignment between global product standards and local market requirements, making thoughtful trade-off decisions that preserve scalability while enabling regional adoption.
  • Establish success metrics for international expansion, including adoption, retention, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, roadmap delivery, regulatory readiness, and market penetration.
  • Represent the product and company externally as a senior product leader in customer meetings, industry events, partner discussions, and strategic market engagements.
Required Experience
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership responsibility for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, vertical market software, or mission-critical customer platforms.
  • Proven success defining product strategy and roadmaps for complex products that support operational workflows, customer-facing processes, financial processes, or regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and senior external stakeholders; experience with government, regulatory, partner, or industry stakeholders is a plus.
  • Experience preparing executive-level communications, business cases, roadmap reviews, investment recommendations, and strategic decision materials.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, commercial, services, finance, legal, compliance, and operations teams.
  • Strongly preferred: experience in property management, real estate technology, PropTech, facilities management, investment management, lease administration, or related real estate software domains.
  • Strongly preferred: experience expanding products internationally or supporting products across multiple countries, especially across European, Middle Eastern, or African markets.
  • Strongly preferred: exposure to accounting, finance, billing, recoveries, service charges, financial reporting, compliance, controls, or audit-related workflows within enterprise software.
Skills And Capabilities
  • Strategic product leadership: Ability to define a multi-year product vision, connect strategy to customer and commercial outcomes, and make disciplined prioritization decisions.
  • Property management domain orientation: Ability to understand property operations, lease and tenant management, service delivery, portfolio administration, compliance, reporting, and differences across commercial, residential, and mixed-use environments.
  • Accounting and finance fluency: Working knowledge of financial workflows that matter in property management environments, with appreciation for accuracy, controls, auditability, and customer trust.
  • International market judgment: Ability to evaluate localization needs, regulatory complexity, market readiness, competitive dynamics, and adoption barriers across diverse countries.
  • Executive communication: Ability to simplify complex product, market, customer, financial, and regulatory topics into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Cross-functional influence: Ability to create alignment, resolve trade-offs, and drive execution across global teams without relying solely on authority.
  • Analytical and commercial judgment: Ability to use market insight, customer feedback, usage data, financial impact, competitive intelligence, and operational realities to guide decisions.
