The GPMO Program Manager provides leadership across the full lifecycle of IT and Product initiatives, guiding teams from robust program planning through to effective execution. The role ensures programs are delivered on schedule, at high quality, and in alignment with established business and technical objectives. In close partnership with Product Management and IT, the Program Manager serves as a key cross‐functional leader, aligning stakeholders, driving decisions, and orchestrating the work required to bring offerings successfully to market. This role is measured on the consistent delivery of high‐quality, objective‐aligned outcomes. The ideal candidate brings analytical strength to anticipate challenges, identify risks, and recommend effective solutions, paired with a resilient, "can‐do" mindset suited to fast‐paced, evolving environments with distributed teams. We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the London or Sleaford office. Ability to coach and develop talent, helping team members grow their skills, confidence, and impact. Experience delivering complex IT programs and programmes across infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, workplace technology, or enterprise applications. 3+ years' experience working in a software development or technology driven environment.Ideally experience in utilising JIRA for Program Management. BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related area, or equivalent program/program management experiencePMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desired.
