Role Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for the operational execution of integrated demand programs that create awareness, engagement, and conversion across the funnel — spanning net new acquisition, cross‑sell, and client expansion. You will lead a team delivering day‑to‑day campaigns, optimise lead flow and conversion, and partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to build pipeline against targets. You’ll excel at people management, process discipline, and campaign orchestration, translating the Senior Director’s strategy into calendarised, measurable programs. - Collaborate with SDR leadership to refine qualification guidelines, talk tracks, email/LinkedIn cadences, and ensure SLA adherence and feedback loops.
- Oversee and support the coordination of regional events and sector conferences, ensuring pre/during/post activation plans and measurable ROI (meetings booked, pipeline created, influenced revenue).
- Align with wider marketing team members including digital, inbound, product marketing and content teams.
- Proof‑read and add value to content – ensuring value propositions are communicated and recognising and steering the need for industry‑specific assets (guides, e‑books, case studies, thought leadership, webinar content).
- Drive client engagement strategies, strengthening satisfaction and expansion pipeline.
- Join regular Go‑to‑market meetings with cross‑departmental collaboration, supporting campaign managers where needed.
- Join regular SLT meetings when required to deliver high level performance updates.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of demand generation managers; set clear objectives, run weekly 1:1s, and drive performance through enablement and feedback.
- Develop consistency of tracking and reporting across campaign managers, in line with guidance from senior marketing director.
- Foster a high‑accountability, test‑and‑learn culture and scale winning plays across the teams.
- Translate annual demand strategy into quarterly/monthly campaign calendars, budgets, and resourcing plans; tracking utilisation and ROI.
- Maintain process documentation for campaign build, follow‑up and tracking.
- Review weekly BI dashboards and monthly reviews covering segment performance, funnel health and campaign impact, presenting insights and actions to leadership.
