Position Overview
MRI Software is looking for a driven and customer‑oriented individual to join our Inside Sales team, focusing on account management, client retention, and contract renewals. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop skills in managing client relationships, supporting renewals, and driving long‑term value in a fast‑paced technology setting. The role is based in the London office and operates under a hybrid working model with three days of working from home per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through phone, email, and social channels.
