The Account Manager should be an enthusiastic, hard‑working, and entrepreneurial individual who will cross‑sell a broad range of real estate solutions to large clients, solve customer problems, and maximise ROI from MRI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Professionally represent MRI and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and account development.
- Maximise opportunities for repeatable licence revenues.
- Recommend appropriate solutions and negotiate terms with the client.
- Achieve and exceed all quarterly and annual fiscal targets and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling other MRI products or services.
- Maintain regular contact by telephone, onsite visits, and Client User Forums.
- Determine on‑going requirements to meet changing business needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders such as Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Development, and Implementation teams.
- Ensure Salesforce is up to date and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Manage the pipeline of opportunities from enquiry through to closure via Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Track record of achievement in a target‑driven environment.
- Software solutions experience.
- Team player, tenacious, and driven.
- Confident, motivated with high energy, and hungry for success.
- Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Office .
- Experience using
Salesforce. com .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and communicate effectively.
- Capacity to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion.
- Strong organisational and workload management skills, using initiative to create opportunities.
- Honesty, integrity, and professionalism with tact and diplomacy.
- Hunter mentality with a desire to advance in a sales career (experience in real estate is advantageous).
