Personal Injury Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE)

We are recruiting for an ambitious Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE) to join a well-established and successful nationally recognised specialist team handling some of the most complex and high-value personal injury claims in the market.
The Opportunity
You will manage your own mixed caseload of intermediate and multi-track claimant personal injury matters while also supporting senior lawyers on complex catastrophic injury claims valued over £500,000.
Your work will include:
- Managing cases from inception through to resolution, including litigation,
- Attending face 2 face meeting with clients,
- Assisting on high-value catastrophic injury claims involving Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident matters,
- Fatal accident and dependency claims,
- Complex liability disputes,
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements and other key court documents,
- Instructing experts and counsel,
- Preparing matters for trial and attending hearings where appropriate,
- Negotiating settlements and delivering excellent focused legal advice,
- Managing complex caseloads and building strong client relationships.

About You
You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
- Employers' Liability,
- Public Liability,
- Motor/RTA claims,
- Catastrophic Injury.
You will demonstrate:
- Strong technical and analytical ability,
- Excellent communication and client management skills,
- A proactive and commercially minded approach,
- Excellent settlement credentials,
- A genuine interest in complex, high-value personal injury litigation.
