Personal Injury Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE)

We are recruiting for an ambitious Solicitor (5yrs+ PQE) to join a well-established and successful nationally recognised specialist team handling some of the most complex and high-value personal injury claims in the market.

The Opportunity

You will manage your own mixed caseload of intermediate and multi-track claimant personal injury matters while also supporting senior lawyers on complex catastrophic injury claims valued over

£500,000.

Your work will include

  • Managing cases from inception through to resolution, including litigation,
  • Attending face 2 face meeting with clients,
  • Assisting on high-value catastrophic injury claims involving Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident matters,
  • Fatal accident and dependency claims,
  • Complex liability disputes,
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements and other key court documents,
  • Instructing experts and counsel,
  • Preparing matters for trial and attending hearings where appropriate,
  • Negotiating settlements and delivering excellent focused legal advice,
  • Managing complex caseloads and building strong client relationships.

This role offers exceptional exposure to technically challenging, high-profile litigation within a supportive and collaborative team.

About You

You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following

  • Employers' Liability,
  • Public Liability,
  • Motor/RTA claims,
  • Catastrophic Injury.
