This role is UK based and applicants must be able to travel to Stonehouse, Gloucestershire on a regular basis. This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level software engineer or graduate with industry experience looking to take the next step in their career. You will be working on real production features from the start, with support and mentorship from experienced engineers.
About the role
We are one of the UK's most experienced developers of information display solutions, providing digital signage and other screen display products to a wide range of clients. Our solutions manage over 56,000 screens every day. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in their work, and is keen to learn and grow.

Daily responsibilities
- Developing new features and enhancements for our LiveSpace digital signage platform
- Building modern frontend applications using Angular and React
- Contributing to backend development, using C#
- Working on bespoke development tasks for customer requirements and internal projects
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Creating unit tests and automated end-to-end tests
- Using source control to manage and maintain code effectively
- Working within an Agile environment and participating in team meetings
- Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners
- Contributing across the full software development lifecycle
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Frontend development experience through a commercial role, apprenticeship or placement year
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with a modern frontend framework (React/Angular preferred, but not essential)
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS / SCSS
- Willingness to learn backend development
- Ability to independently problem solve, but also the temperament to work collaboratively within a team
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience with React/Angular
- Experience with C# or backend development
- A relevant degree
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Full, clean driving licence
What we offer
