We are seeking an experienced commercial property professional to lead property management across a large, high-profile mixed-use estate.
Bringing together a diverse range of occupiers and operating partners, the estate offers a complex and rewarding environment in which to apply your technical expertise and commercial judgement.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be the central point of expertise for property and lease administration, ensuring landlord and occupier obligations are understood, recorded and effectively managed.
Your remit will span lease events, consents, contractual property matters and service-charge governance, with a particular focus on recoverability, apportionment and the resolution of occupier queries.
Working closely with Finance, Operations, Legal and the owners’ asset manager, you will establish effective systems and controls, maintain accurate property information and coordinate the expertise needed to resolve complex issues.
You will combine a thorough understanding of commercial agreements with a constructive, confident approach to stakeholder relationships.
You will bring
- Significant experience managing complex commercial or mixed-use property.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial leases, licences, agreements for lease, rent reviews, landlord and tenant matters, and consents.
- Proven experience of service-charge governance, including recoverability, apportionment and dispute resolution.
- Experience working with multiple occupiers, operating partners, owner representatives and specialist advisers.
- Strong financial capability, attention to detail and a disciplined approach to property records, contractual obligations and deadlines.
- Confidence using property and lease-management systems, interpreting complex agreements and communicating clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
RICS qualification is strongly preferred, or equivalent substantial professional commercial property management experience.
Exposure to hospitality, entertainment, events, retail or destination assets would be advantageous.
This is a senior appointment offering the opportunity to shape an evolving property management function and play a central role in the effective management of a distinctive London estate.
