Operating within a live and highly active environment, you will oversee a varied programme of engineering, M&E and infrastructure‑related projects from concept through to completion. Responsibilities will span feasibility, design development, procurement, construction delivery and structured handover. You will provide technical oversight, coordinate consultants and contractors, and ensure all works align with the estate’s operational requirements and long‑term performance standards.
Working closely with the Head of Energy and wider estate teams, the role will help translate energy strategy and Net Zero ambitions into practical, deliverable initiatives.
