Are you a technically capable Engineering Manager with a background in building services or M&E engineering, looking to deliver impactful projects within one of London’s most prominent mixed‑use estates? This is an opportunity to play a key role in the continued evolution of a landmark London destination, where sustainability, operational excellence and long‑term asset performance are central to the estate’s vision.

Operating within a live and highly active environment, you will oversee a varied programme of engineering, M&E and infrastructure‑related projects from concept through to completion. Responsibilities will span feasibility, design development, procurement, construction delivery and structured handover. You will provide technical oversight, coordinate consultants and contractors, and ensure all works align with the estate’s operational requirements and long‑term performance standards.

Working closely with the Head of Energy and wider estate teams, the role will help translate energy strategy and Net Zero ambitions into practical, deliverable initiatives. Projects are likely to include plant upgrades, HVAC improvements, controls optimisation, metering infrastructure and energy‑centre enhancements, all contributing directly to the estate’s resilience and sustainability outcomes.
