Overview of Responsibilities
- Ensure contract KPIs are beingachieved
- Ensure consistency of delivery of projects and programmes to time and cost targets and toassistwith effective business planning and financial control assurance
- To lead on andfacilitatethe delivery of key performance measures to improve delivery
- Take responsibility for monitoring and reporting the operational and delivery progress.
- Managecost allocation working closely with the financial teams.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in commercial management oflarge scaleoperations within facilities/property management.
You will have extensive experience in implementing effective and innovative supply chain solutions to deliver value.
You will be a strong manager of budgets who is adept at managing contracts across a diverse and varied portfolio.
This is an interim role forc.6 months andwillcommence ASAP.
