As Interim HR Director, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a pragmatic, operationally focused people strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role, centred on supporting operational performance.
Key priorities will include:

- Enabling line managers to lead effectively

You will position HR as a trusted, responsive partner to the business — driving engagement, improving capability and supporting delivery across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
We are seeking an experienced HR leader with credibility in complex, operational environments. Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, utilities or manufacturing would be highly relevant.
