We are seeking an experienced estate, portfolio or campus leader with a proven track record operating at senior level within complex, mixed-use or multi-asset environments. The estate operates under a long-term ownership model and requires integrated operational leadership across multiple uses, stakeholders and service partners. The role sits within a mature, high-profile environment where quality, resilience and consistency of performance are critical to protecting long-term value. The General Manager will hold overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, leadership and performance of the estate. This is a senior leadership position, responsible for setting operational direction and acting as the principal point of accountability across the estate. Working closely with ownership, asset management and strategic partners, the role focuses on ensuring a safe, compliant and high-performing environment while supporting long-term commercial and investment objectives. Key Responsibilities- Provide senior operational leadership across the estate, ensuring a safe, compliant, resilient and consistently high-quality environment.
- Act as the primary senior interface with occupiers, partners, local authorities and external stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee managing agents and service partners, holding them accountable for performance against agreed standards and KPIs.
- Translate ownership and asset management objectives into effective operational delivery.
- Ensure estate operations support long-term value, quality of environment and occupier satisfaction.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing estate leadership team, embedding clear accountability and professional standards.
- Lead operational coordination and communication during periods of change, development or estate transition.
