The Chief Estates and Facilities Officer willbe a key part of the Group Senior Leadership Team.

The role will work closely with thewider professional services leadership, reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer.

The role holder will be pivotal in providingstrategic leadership across estates, facilitiesmanagement, commercialservicesandsustainability, developing these areas in linewith the organisation’s long-term ambitions.

You will have responsibility for a diverse multicampus estate across London and Kent, encompassing four campuses, that bringtogether a unique blend of historic heritage andmodern provision.

Our grounds and buildingsprovide the backdrop to the daily lives of ourstaff, students and wider community and mustcontinue to evolve as places where people canstudy, research, innovate, collaborateand thrive.

Balancing the stewardship of our multi campusestate with the changing needs and ambitionsof our organisation will be central to the role, creating environments that respect our heritageand enable an outstanding student and staffexperience through the provision of high quality, safe, sustainable and effective environments.
