MRD Recruitment is currently looking for a Transport Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a leading transport and distribution company in the UK.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Transport Manager to take full ownership of a busy distribution operation. You\’ll be responsible for managing a fleet, leading a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with transport legislation, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of drivers and transport staff.
- Plan and monitor routes, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Maintain compliance with transport legislation and driver regulations.

- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
