The Role

This is a senior engineering leadership position acting as the most senior engineering authority on site. You will lead the engineering function, driving performance, automation, and continuous improvement across a complex, high-volume food production environment. The role is critical in delivering improvements in reliability, efficiency, and operational performance, while ensuring full compliance across safety, quality, and food standards.

Key Responsibilities
