Epicor Support Analyst - Haslingdon, hybrid (remote considered) | Competitive Salary + Benefits | Full Time, Permanent
MRD Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of a leading manufacturing business to recruit an Epicor Support Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Epicor ERP support experience to join a growing business where you'll play a key role supporting users, improving reporting capability, and driving continuous improvement across the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for Epicor ERP users across production, planning, procurement, warehouse, quality, finance, and customer service teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor-related issues, escalating where required.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, BAQs, SSRS reports, and data extracts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational and manufacturing processes.
- Assist with Epicor master data management and data governance.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, and system updates.
- Produce and maintain user guides, SOPs, and support documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting and process requirements.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience supporting Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience with Epicor reporting tools including BAQs, Dashboards, SSRS or Report Builder.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicating with users across multiple departments.
- Good Excel and reporting/data analysis capability.
- Strong documentation and organisational skills.
Desirable Experience:
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including planning, inventory, purchasing, and shop floor reporting.
- Experience with EDD/EDA reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support environments.
