Supply Planner .
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative supply chain team where you\'ll be responsible for balancing customer demand, production capacity and inventory levels to optimise supply performance.
The Role
As Supply Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining supply plans that ensure excellent product availability while minimising inventory and waste.
You\'ll work closely with Demand Planning, Production, Procurement, Warehousing and Logistics to deliver an efficient end-to-end supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short, medium and long-term supply plans.
- Balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity and material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement actions to optimise stock.
- Identify and resolve potential supply risks before they impact customers.
- Work closely with Procurement to ensure raw material availability.
- Collaborate with Production Planning to maximise manufacturing efficiency.
- Analyse supply chain performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Support the monthly S&OP process by providing supply planning insights.
- Track key supply chain KPIs including service levels, inventory and forecast attainment.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
About You
- Previous experience in a Supply Planner, Supply Chain Planner or Production Planner role within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning.
- Experience using ERP and planning systems (SAP experience would be advantageous).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
