Have you got what it takes to join one of the leading VAG Tuners in the UK? For the past 20 years, MRC Tuning has been at the forefront of Audi Volkswagen tuning as independent VAG specialists. A large part of our work is focused on performance upgrades and dyno tuning, and we need a technician who has experience working with specifically RS and S models of the Audi lineup and also Golf GTI/R platforms.

The Role:

Based at our headquarters in Banbury, you will predominantly be responsible for the maintenance and repair work of Performance models of Audi and Volkswagen. However, you will also be involved on cars with bespoke elements - building high-performance project vehicles and offering technical advice to customers and colleagues, while ensuring that you always deliver an outstanding customer experience. We require someone who can not only work to the master tech level of technician but also has the skills to adapt with fitting aftermarket parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing of Performance cars to an extremely high standard
  • Diagnosis and repair work
  • Installation of aftermarket and performance parts
  • Support other technicians in the workshop
  • Ensuring that all paperwork is completed for each job
