As our new Service Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a central role in making sure our services are delivered to the highest standards, act as the dedicated point of contact for your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive an exceptional level of service at all times, all whilst helping to shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Service Journey: Take full ownership of casework delivery; from first instruction to final return. You’ll ensure that every case flows smoothly through our systems, meeting deadlines, exceeding expectations, and making our clients’ lives easier.
  • Be the Client’s Champion: Act as a trusted partner to our solicitor clients. Whether you’re answering a query, providing an estimate, or checking in post-delivery, your professionalism and attention to detail will build long-lasting relationships that help drive our business forward.
  • Be the Gold Standard for Accuracy: You’ll produce, prepare, and quality-check important legal and medical documents, so precision is key. You’ll work with digital files, radiology reports, and case summaries, making sure everything is accurate, complete, and professionally presented.
  • Drive Improvement and Innovation: We’re growing and we’re hungry for ideas. You’ll have a seat at the table when it comes to improving processes, spotting inefficiencies, and creating smarter ways of working.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in a service-focused, client-facing or operations role.
  • Outstanding communication skills - confident on the phone, clear in emails, and always professional.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive documentation.
  • Driven, enthusiastic, and proactive - always looking to improve how things are done.
  • Commercially aware - able to balance customer service with business needs.
  • A positive team player, willing to pitch in and support colleagues.
  • Digitally confident with the ability to quickly learn and use internal systems and software.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a legal, medical or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
  • An understanding of case management or document collation systems.
