Job description:
Serve as the face of the College by managing the smooth running of the Reception area and assisting with general administration. Work independently and cooperatively with a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability. Maintain an excellent telephone manner and handle sensitive, confidential matters with care. Be first‑aid trained (training will be provided) to support Student Reception and address emergencies. Operate under pressure with energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Qualifications & experience:
- Experience in a reception, administration or customer‑service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
