We are working with a leading international professional services group on an in-house Legal Counsel role supporting its corporate administration services business. This is a broad commercial in-house position, sitting close to senior management and internal stakeholders across legal, risk, compliance, HR, technology, finance and information security.

The role will involve advising on:

  • Commercial contracts
  • Service agreements
  • Supplier arrangements
  • Outsourcing
  • Governance
  • Board approvals
  • Group structures
  • Data protection
  • Wider regulatory-risk matters

The successful candidate is likely to be a 6+ PQE lawyer with strong commercial, corporate governance and stakeholder advisory experience. Previous in-house experience would be helpful, but is not essential. Experience in professional services, financial services, offshore, fiduciary, corporate services, fund administration, or a law firm in-house/OGC team would be particularly relevant.

This would suit someone who enjoys practical, business-facing legal work rather than narrow transactional advice. You will need to be organised, commercially sensible, comfortable working across jurisdictions, and confident knowing when to escalate or involve specialist advisers.

The role can be offered on a part-time basis and there is potential for it to be fully remote, making it a particularly attractive opportunity for an experienced lawyer seeking flexibility without stepping away from high-quality in-house work.
