We're partnering with a FTSE 100 global business services company, operating on an international scale, to find a commercially-minded lawyer ready to step into a broad, hands-on Legal Counsel position. You'll sit at the heart of the Group Legal function advising across commercial contracts, procurement, technology, AI regulation and innovation, working directly with senior stakeholders and genuinely shaping how the business operates.

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements - from high-value multi-jurisdictional customer contracts to supplier terms, outsourcing and NDAs.
  • Supporting the procurement function across direct, indirect, fleet and IT categories.
  • Advising on AI regulation, GenAI policy and technology contracting - a genuinely growing and exciting part of the role.
  • Working with the Marketing and Innovation team on new product development, brand, IP and advertising law.
  • Delivering legal training, managing external counsel and contributing to process improvement.
