We are currently working with a top tier US law firm looking for a lawyer with M&A / Private Equity expertise to join their knowledge function. This is an exciting position that allows you to have autonomy with the role. This is ideal for current Knowledge Lawyers looking for a change or Corporate Fee-earners looking to diversify.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Closely liaising with the Corporate Partners and Fee-earning team.
- Providing and producing updates on client publications and articles.
- Drafting and updating legal precedents and training materials.
- Developing and improving upon firm innovative content tailored to promoting legal know-how.
Key Requirements
