About the role:

This role will focus on the cultivation of lasting relationships through displaying authenticity and sincerity, underpinned by commercial acumen and detailed market knowledge. On a day-to-day basis, you will engage law firm clients to secure and then undertake recruitment assignments by sourcing qualified legal professionals in a ‘full 360’ recruitment process.

This role is to work in our market-leading French private practice team. The team works for a range of French, US and UK firms and operates at the very top end of the market. It consists of some of the most senior and highly experienced recruiters in the market. With access to some of the very best relationships across the market and real time training that is second to none, this is a rare and truly exciting opportunity. You will be given an outstanding client list and have the opportunity to earn significant commission from day one.

You will need to:

  • Maintain a ferocious work ethic and exhibit tenacity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy building relationships and be passionate about working in a team-based, professional, and high-performance culture that rewards, recognises and celebrates success.
  • Speak native/fluent French
