Our client, a global AI business, is looking to hire a 4-8PQE commercial/technology lawyer to join their legal team in London. The successful candidate would report into the GC and be part of a global legal team.
Job responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Working with sales, finance and product teams, leading on customer-facing negotiations
- Advising on a range of IT contracts and data privacy matters
