I am working with a leading credit fund, looking for a fund formation lawyer to join their London based legal team. It is a diverse role and will include advising on a range of fund structuring, broader corporate work and regulatory matters, with a global focus. Reporting directly into the General Counsel, the role offers the chance to work within a fast and dynamic credit manager.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer, with excellent academics. You will have gained experience within the funds team of a top-tier city/US law firm and will have at least four years’ post-qualification experience. In-house experience (gained in an asset manager, bank, or private credit fund) is beneficial although not a pre-requisite. Demonstrable experience with fund formation and distribution documentation for private funds and/or regulated products is required.
