My client is a leading independent property development company with a large housebuilding arm (they build circa 2000 homes per year across the UK). As part of a continued growth trajectory, they are looking to build out their legal function and are now looking to hire a dedicated disputes lawyer.

The successful candidate will look after all litigation matters for the business, with a focus around the Building Safety Act. This person will be an experienced litigator (with 8+ PQE) ideally with experience gained within a reputable housebuilder.

Knowledge of the intricacies and challenges arising out of the Building Safety Act 2022 and related legislation is a pre-requisite.
