An elite international law firm is expanding its London Conflicts & New Business team and is looking for a Conflicts Staff Lawyer to take on a highly visible, advisory-focused role within its global platform.

You will work directly with Partners across UK, US and EU offices, providing commercial, pragmatic conflicts and intake guidance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and analyse conflicts reports
  • Conduct corporate and regulatory research
  • Prepare clear, practical conflict summaries and proposed resolutions
  • Review and approve new clients/matters
  • Draft engagement letters, waivers and screens
  • Support onboarding of lateral hires

What You’ll Bring

  • Admitted to a recognised law society or bar
  • An interest in conflicts work. Minimum NQ level
  • Strong knowledge of SRA/ABA rules
  • Excellent judgement, analytical skills and stakeholder communication
  • Experience with conflicts, NBI, Intapp Open or corporate research tools (a bonus)
