Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial/Corporate, 5-7PQE
My client, a growing, PE backed, consumer facing business is looking for a senior legal counsel to join their small legal team. Reporting into the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will work on a diverse range of matters from commercial contracts, M&A, partnerships, data protection and compliance matters.
You will:
- Be a UK-qualified lawyer (5+PQE), with top-tier law firm training as well as in-house experience, gained through a secondment or permanent move.
- Have proven commercial contracts experience (and ideally gained in a consumer services business) is required.
- Have a willingness to diversify and take on a broader in-house role.
- Have a strategic mindset with business acumen.
