MRA are partnered exclusively with an internationally renowned organisation at a pivotal stage of growth, seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of both business and legal transformation within a purpose-driven environment. The role is 3 days in the office in North London (Greater London) and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice across compliance, data protection, property, commercial, and company secretarial matters.
  • Oversee business compliance and corporate governance activities.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across business units to support strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, playbooks, templates, and processes that streamline operations and accelerate decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ years' PQE and proven in-house experience (healthcare, retail, or other consumer services sectors desirable).
  • Strong background in commercial contracting, M&A transactions, and governance frameworks.
  • Exceptional business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and a pragmatic approach to risk.
