My client is a prestigious global airline, looking to hire an experienced employment lawyer with at least 8-9 years’ post-qualified experience, gained within a top-tier city law firm. The candidate will support a small employment team as part of a wider legal team on complex contentious and non-contentious employment matters including:
- Industrial relations law
- Restructuring (including TUPE)
- Discrimination law
- Employment litigation
In-house experience gained within a heavily unionised environment would be highly beneficial here.
