We’re working with a leading US law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to support its Corporate practice across its international offices.
This is a high-profile, strategic role for someone passionate about knowledge leadership and innovation in transactional work, prior Knowledge lawyer expertise isn\’t essential.
You’ll be at the forefront of shaping knowledge strategy and delivery within a top-tier corporate group—working closely with senior lawyers to drive consistency, efficiency, and client service excellence across M&A, private equity, and general corporate advisory matters.
Your Duties:
- Lead the development and curation of corporate precedents, practice guides, and legal updates
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify knowledge priorities and embed KM into workflows
- Deliver targeted training and thought leadership across the corporate group globally
- Track market and legal developments, producing timely insights for internal and external audiences
- Drive innovation projects, including document automation, template standardisation, and legal tech initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified lawyer with significant experience in complex corporate transactions (M&A, private equity, ECM, etc.)
