We’re working with a leading US law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to support its Corporate practice across its international offices. This is a high-profile, strategic role for someone passionate about knowledge leadership and innovation in transactional work; prior Knowledge lawyer expertise isn't essential.
You’ll be at the forefront of shaping knowledge strategy and delivery within a top-tier corporate group—working closely with senior lawyers to drive consistency, efficiency, and client service excellence across M&A, private equity, and general corporate advisory matters.
Your Duties:
- Lead the development and curation of corporate precedents, practice guides, and legal updates
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify knowledge priorities and embed KM into workflows
- Deliver targeted training and thought leadership across the corporate group globally
- Track market and legal developments, producing timely insights for internal and external audiences
- Drive innovation projects, including document automation, template standardisation, and legal tech initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified lawyer with significant experience in complex corporate transactions (M&A, private equity, ECM, etc.)
- A strong grasp of market trends, commercial drivers, and technical excellence in transactional work
- Experience (or a keen interest) in knowledge management, legal innovation, or professional support
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders across borders
