We’re partnering with a top-tier international law firm that’s looking to hire a Knowledge Lawyer to support its global Construction Disputes team. This is a standout opportunity to take on a strategic role where you’ll shape knowledge initiatives and drive best practices within a highly respected litigation group.
In this position, you’ll be instrumental in promoting technical excellence, thought leadership, and learning—while also supporting high-profile construction disputes, both in the UK and internationally.
Your Role Will Include:
- Creating and maintaining legal know-how, precedents, and practice guidance
- Designing and delivering engaging training across all seniority levels
- Supporting lawyers with research and legal input on contentious construction matters, including adjudications and arbitrations
- Tracking key legal developments and sharing insights internally
- Contributing to knowledge-sharing projects, internal updates, and client-facing materials
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified lawyer with solid experience in construction-related disputes
- Confident presenting and creating knowledge tools that support legal teams
- A self-starter who enjoys collaboration across jurisdictions
- Previous experience in a PSL/Knowledge role is a plus, but not essential
