A global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join its remote Business Acceptance team. Working a 2.30pm–10.30pm UK shift, you’ll play a key role in reviewing and resolving complex conflict checks for new business across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret complex conflict search results, identifying potential legal and commercial conflicts.
- Support Conflicts Analysts with queries, training, and escalations.
- Liaise directly with lawyers and business teams to validate matter data.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of information barriers and review waiver requests.
- Contribute to the development of internal guidance and compliance best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in a conflicts role within a law firm or legal services setting.
