Leveraged Finance Paralegal – Law Firm – Six-Month Contract
A law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Leveraged Finance team on a six-month contract. This is an opportunity for a candidate with existing leveraged finance experience to support an AI-related document management project within the practice.
Working closely with the Leveraged Finance team, you will apply your familiarity with finance documentation to support the organisation and management of documents, while gaining exposure to the use of AI within a legal practice. This is a temporary position for six months, rather than a permanent role.
This six-month role would be ideal for someone with leveraged finance experience who has already secured a training contract and is looking to gain further legal experience before it begins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Leveraged Finance team with its AI-related document management project
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of leveraged finance documentation
- Applying your knowledge of leveraged finance documents to support the project’s requirements
- Working carefully and accurately with legal documents and associated information
- Liaising with colleagues to support the delivery of the project
About You:
- Previous leveraged finance experience is essential
- Familiarity with leveraged finance documentation and terminology
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to document management
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
- An interest in AI and its application within legal practice
- Willingness to undertake a six-month contract
