My client is a leading independent property development company.

As part of a continued growth trajectory, they are looking to build out their legal function and are now looking to hire an experienced real estate development lawyer, with 8+PQE.

The successful candidate will ideally benefit from development funding experience, and particularly in relation to single family housing.

Wider real estate development funding experience is key.

Top tier law firm experience in property development or real estate, ideally with in-house experience, is required.

The role will offer hybrid working and will be based in either to company’s Milton Keynes or London office.
