Our client, a global travel company is looking to hire a 2-5PQE commercial contracts lawyer. The successful candidate would report into the Head of Legal and be part of a supportive and collaborative environment working across a broad range of commercial contracting matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Draft, review and negotiate various contracts, service agreements, supplier agreements, IT contracts
- Advising on data privacy matters
- Leading client-facing negotiations
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years commercial contracting experience. Whilst in-house experience is preferred, the client is also interested in candidates coming from private practice.
