We’re working with a top-tier law firm looking to hire a Knowledge Lawyer to support its Leveraged Finance team. This is a standout opportunity for a finance lawyer who enjoys the technical side of deals and wants to play a key role in shaping how knowledge, innovation, and legal tech are embedded within a high-performing practice. You’ll work closely with partners and associates on complex financing transactions, while also driving forward initiatives around know-how, automation, and smarter ways of working.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining leveraged finance precedents, playbooks, and guidance materials in accordance with firm AI tools
- Playing a key role in legal tech and innovation projects, including automation and process improvement
- Supporting lawyers on technical queries and market practice
- Delivering training and sharing legal and market updates
- Contributing to client-facing thought leadership and internal knowledge strategy
What they’re looking for:
- A qualified Knowledge lawyer, fee-earner or in-house legal counsel with strong experience in leveraged finance
- A genuine interest in knowledge management, legal tech, and innovation
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail

- PSL/Knowledge experience helpful but not essential
