My client is an established US-headquartered manager looking for a junior/mid-level lawyer to join their EMEA legal team in London. The position will be responsible for a broad range of activities and legal matters in respect of the firm’s London-based operations and across the wider firm as necessary to support the UK and European business strategy.
The successful candidate will:
- Be England and Wales qualified with at least 3 years’ post-qualified experience.
- Have experience gained at a silver circle, magic circle, top City US firm and/or a reputable asset manager.
- Have experience in alternative investment services, separate accounts, funds and/or fund formation (private equity, debt and hedge funds) is ideal.
- Demonstrate a willingness to undertake a broad role, providing legal support across client solutions, investment, research and operations in respect of the London office.
