Senior Knowledge Manager

We are currently working with a leading global law firm looking to hire a Senior Knowledge Manager to refine and implement its knowledge strategy. Based in London, this role will drive innovation in knowledge management, enhance collaboration, and optimize knowledge-sharing processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a strategic approach to knowledge content & Systems
• Foster a culture of collaboration and effective knowledge sharing
• Enhance the functionality and user experience of knowledge solutions
• Work with senior stakeholders to align knowledge initiatives with business goals
• Lead the development of taxonomy and content management frameworks

What They're Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in knowledge management within legal or professional services
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Expertise in legal knowledge systems, workflows, and emerging technologies
• Experience with SharePoint Online or similar platforms
