An elite international law firm is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) to support its top-ranked Public M&A and ECM teams in London. About the Role:
- Drive and deliver the knowledge strategy for the Public M&A and/or ECM teams
- Draft, maintain, and evolve precedents and practical guides aligned with market and regulatory changes
- Lead internal training and provide on-the-spot legal and market guidance to fee earners
- Keep the team informed on legal and regulatory developments (e.g. Takeover Code)
- Contribute to client-facing insights, briefings, and training materials

- UK-qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE in public M&A and/or ECM at a leading City or international firm
