My client is a UK based investment manager with circa £20bn AUM. They are looking for a legal counsel to join their established but small team of 4, in a wide-reaching role. The role will cover derivatives, investment funds (UCITS and AIFMD), managed accounts, regulatory and a range of ad-hoc matters including corporate commercial, IT and privacy matters.
The role will suit someone with derivatives/regulatory and investment fund experience who also relishes the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of practice areas. The successful candidate will have between 2 and 6 years’ post-qualification experience gained from a leading city law firm. Broad experience in financial services/funds with some exposure to derivatives is required, as is a UK qualification.
