Our client, a leading global professional services business, is seeking a corporate governance/regulatory lawyer to join their team in a fixed-term contract position for 15 months. This lawyer will support the senior leadership team within the legal function with governance and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will also lead the company secretary team.
This role will involve advising across a broad spectrum of corporate governance issues, including the application of relevant codes of conduct, and ensuring that the business is kept abreast of regulatory compliance matters.
Required Skills:
- Circa 8-10+ years’ PQE.
- Experienced corporate lawyer with strong corporate governance experience.
- Prior experience of the governance requirements applicable to businesses operating in the professional services market is strongly preferred.
- Available to start a new position in July.
